Pale Ale

Gold Truffler is a strong beer from Bujska Brewery with a pronounced truffle note and flavour, made in collaboration with Natura Tartufi, one of the largest truffle distributors in Croatia. The goal of this beer is to connect the global craft brewing movement with the local Istrian gastro scene.

APA – a special ale brewed in the style of English IPA, with the key difference being the use of North American hops, which give this beer an exceptional aromatic profile dominated by lime, pine needles and tropical fruit — aromas not typical of European hop varieties.

San Servolo Istrian Grape Ale is a unique beer created by combining the malt character of an ale with the addition of Istrian grapes, which impart an elegant vineyard note.
