APA – a special ale brewed in the style of English IPA, with the key difference being the use of North American hops, which give this beer an exceptional aromatic profile dominated by lime, pine needles and tropical fruit — aromas not typical of European hop varieties.

This strong beer from Bujska Brewery is defined by an abundance of flavour. Twice the amount of malt, twice the amount of hops and a maturation period twice as long as that of standard beers make this a brewer’s gold. Produced in accordance with the 1516 German Beer Purity Law, San Servolo is brewed with natural spring water from the Sv. Ivan source in the Mirna valley, which gives the beer natural freshness. The finest barley malt and hops, along with the meticulous work and dedication of the brewers, create a distinctive taste that leaves no one indifferent.

A pale beer of golden-yellow colour, brewed from selected pilsner malt and seasoned with two types of Bavarian hops that lend a subtle bitterness and aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass and fields in bloom. With a rounded body and low alcohol content, this beer refreshes and invites another sip. It pairs exceptionally well with grilled dishes, various pasta and pizza, as well as with hard cow’s cheeses and semi-hard cheeses.

Gold Truffler is a strong beer from Bujska Brewery with a pronounced truffle note and flavour, made in collaboration with Natura Tartufi, one of the largest truffle distributors in Croatia. The goal of this beer is to connect the global craft brewing movement with the local Istrian gastro scene.

Red beer – obtained by blending three types of malt, which give this beer its distinctive ruby-red colour and the specific flavour of caramelised barley and biscuit. A subtle bitterness rounds out the aroma and contributes to a refreshing taste, making it an excellent match with spicy food or dishes after which you want to quench your thirst.

Dark beer – luxurious notes of coffee and chocolate shine in this velvety, creamy yet light beer, achieved by using four different types of malt. Its remarkable aroma is rounded off by two types of exotic hops that accentuate a gentle citrus note which delights the palate. Ideal for drinking in the winter months alongside stews, soft cheeses and various desserts.
