A pale beer of golden-yellow colour, brewed from selected pilsner malt and seasoned with two types of Bavarian hops that lend a subtle bitterness and aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass and fields in bloom. Produced in accordance with the 1516 German Beer Purity Law, San Servolo is brewed with natural spring water from the Sv. Ivan source in the Mirna valley, which gives the beer natural freshness.
