The wine has a youthful red color with a purple glow, medium depth and elegant transparency. It is dominated by fruity aromas of cherry and dark berries of blackcurrant and blackberry with a subtle scent of oak. Opening the glass reveals the scents of ink and violets. In the mouth, “Wine” is extremely fresh, elegant, soft and drinkable, medium-bodied, soft but rich tannins, layered, lasting fruity and spicy finish.

The wine is vivid, straw-yellow in colour with a delicate greenish hue. It is complex on the nose, with aromas of acacia blossom, lemon, ripe peach and mango. On the palate it is very fresh and soft, with an elegant and long-lasting taste. In the aftertaste there is a slight bitterness of green almond, so typical of Istrian Malvasia. Food pairing: Serve with various cold and warm starters such as: sea bass carpaccio with lemon, rocket, white pepper and fleur de sel, prawn and zucchini risotto, omelette with wild asparagus and pancetta.

Medea Cabarnet Savignon 2024
Deep ruby-red colour with a garnet hue. Clear and dense, with muted reflections. Sweet notes of ripe dark berries reminiscent of blackcurrant jam, and spicy tones of black pepper, thyme and carob. On the palate it is soft, fresh and persistent, with gentle ripe tannins and a long-lasting flavour.
