The “Celeste” sparkling wine is a rosé made from Teran (60%), Merlot (30%), and Black Malvasia (10%). Its aroma evokes red and citrus fruits. This sparkling wine is ideal as a welcome drink, but it can also be paired with seafood dishes. Thanks to its freshness, it is excellent for cooling down during summer heat, and it should be well chilled to a temperature of 8–10 °C.
