Štampar Urban White Extra Brut 2022 is a premium sparkling wine produced in the Međimurje ‑ Bregovita region of Croatia, from the Moslavac variety (Šipon/Mosler/Furmint). The base wine matured for 8 months in large oak barrels, followed by 22 months of aging on lees after secondary bottle fermentation, and at least 3 months of rest after disgorgement. The colour is straw‑yellow with persistent and fine bubbles. On the nose, fresh citrus, brioche and subtle mineral notes are present, accompanied by a creamy texture. On the palate the wine is elegant, harmoniously balanced and has a long finish with crisp acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, served with oysters, a mushroom omelette, creamy risotto, pasta or quiche. Serve chilled at 6‑8 °C.
