Štampar Urban Rosé Extra Brut is a sparkling wine of light pink hue with persistent and numerous bubbles. Produced by the traditional bottle fermentation method from 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon in the Međimurje – Bregovita Croatia region. The base wine aged 8 months in stainless steel, followed by 24 months of bottle ageing on lees and further 3 months after disgorgement. 12.0 % vol. alcohol, residual sugar 5.6 g/l, total acidity 8.2 g/l. On the nose: blackberry and currant. On the palate: elegant, long and harmonious. Ideal as aperitif, with strawberries, pasta or quiche. Serve at 6‑8 °C.
