In Sylvis Arbor Malvasia 2023

On the first nose, notes of ripe white fruit appear, with pear and quince dominating. A year of ageing in oak barrels has enriched this wine with subtle notes of vanilla and hazelnut, extracted from the wood, yet without overpowering the characteristic aromas of Istrian Malvasia. After ageing and gentle crushing, a 48-hour maceration at low temperatures followed. Thanks to this production method, Arbor Malvasia boasts pleasant freshness, a smooth taste, and the mineral character typical of Malvasia from central Istria.
